New memo from Ed Westbrook

As if the CSOL community needed further evidence that Infilaw’s interests are not aligned to the best interests of the Charleston School of Law, Ed Westbrook today responded to recent Infilaw claims with a series of questions and answers, supported by documents and correspondence relating to the school, its future, and Infilaw.

Among the documents, readers will note the letter–dated May 27, 2014–in which Infilaw makes clear that it might financially harm the law school in the event that Ed Westbrook is not silenced.

Infilaw’s demand letter speaks for itself. The State of South Carolina, the legal community, and the public now has proof of what kind of operation Infilaw runs. What kind of educational steward threatens to financially harm an institution it has publicly pledged to preserve, protect, and foster?
