CSOL announces its intention to be sold to Infilaw

Acknowledging what has been obvious since last July, the owners of the Charleston School of Law today announced that they intend to sell the school to Infilaw, subject to approval by the CHE and the ABA.

In a nod to the overwhelming sentiment against the move, the owners set a deadline of October 1 for interested schools or nonprofits to make counter offers. The CSOL Alumni board will aggressively pursue all viable options under the exceedingly compressed time-frame provided for by the owners.

The announcements are linked below:

  1. I wish I could say this surprises me, but very little else does anymore. I am very disappointed, to say the least.
