In its August 23 editorial, the Post and Courier joins legislative calls for tough CHE scrutiny of any current or future plans that may entangle the Charleston School of Law with Infilaw Systems. And the P&C rightly notes that time is of the essence:
The longer the issue is shrouded in secrecy, the worse it is for the school, as well as its students, faculty and alumni, who are expressing grave concerns.
The current students and faculty of the law school deserve a quick resolution to this situation that has cast a shadow of concern and uncertainty over the first days of this new school year.
