Noted consumer advocate Peter Wilborn, of Derfner Altman & Wilborn has agreed to represent and advise the Board of the Alumni Association for the Charleston School of Law. In the spirit of pro bono populi, CSOL’s motto meaning “for the good of the people,” Wilborn has generously volunteered his time to assist the alumni.
Along with most of the Charleston legal community, the alumni of the Charleston School of Law were stunned to learn of the “management services agreement” recently entered into between the Charleston School of Law and The Infilaw System. Additional revelations that two of the five founders of the school are no longer owners or members of the schools boards added to the surprise.
