Charleston School of Law Alumni Association

The Charleston School of Law was founded in 2003 with a stated mission of educating lawyers trained to practice law in the public interest. We believed in the mission when we studied there, and we believe in it now. As a group, we seek to advocate for past, present, and future students and for the legacy of the school we love.

CSOL has announced its intention to be sold to the Infilaw System, which owns and operates three for-profit law schools across the United States. CSOL Alumni Board fears Infilaw’s involvement with CSOL will erode the promise that brought so many of us here. We are invested in this school. The Charleston legal community, without whose help the school would have failed, is invested. We are marshaling the facts, our ideas, and the strength we derive from each other to protect that investment.
